Sandover fluorite project
The Sandover Fluorite Project is located approximately 230 kilometres north-east of Alice Springs in the Northern Territory and approximately eight kilometres from Tivan’s Molyhil Tungsten–Molybdenum Project.
Tivan is undertaking a staged exploration program to define the extent, continuity and grade of the fluorite mineralisation identified across the Project. Surface mapping and sampling have identified multiple fluorite-rich reefs across an extensive project area, with drilling confirming mineralisation below surface.
Drilling results
Tivan completed its maiden diamond drilling program in late 2025, comprising seven holes across five fluorite reefs. All holes intersected high-grade fluorite mineralisation, including a highest-grade intersection of 3.4 metres at 71.7% CaF₂ from 36.8 metres.
During 2026, Tivan completed a larger Stage Two reverse circulation drilling program comprising 58 holes for 5,884 metres across seven fluorite reefs. The program returned broad intersections of high-grade fluorite mineralisation across multiple holes, including:
- 18 metres at 25.1% CaF₂ from 30 metres, including 7 metres at 54.9% CaF₂;
- 17 metres at 19.9% CaF₂ from 92 metres, including 6 metres at 45.9% CaF₂;
- 21 metres at 14.5% CaF₂ from 88 metres, including 7 metres at 33.4% CaF₂; and
- a highest-grade intersection of 3 metres at 74.3% CaF₂.

The Sandover AI Project
The Sandover AI Project is located 100 km north of Alice Springs in the Northern Territory, covering an area of approximately 8,000 km² across two contiguous blocks of Exploration Licences within the Northern Arunta Pegmatite Province.
In March 2023, Tivan entered into an Exploration Alliance Agreement with EARTH AI to advance exploration using cutting-edge artificial intelligence targeting capabilities at Sandover. In 2024, Tivan upgraded the Sandover Project to a strategic priority.
Tivan was awarded two exploration grants by the Northern Territory Government under the Geophysics and Drilling Collaborations Program in June 2024.
In Q4 2024, Tivan secured two Mineral Exploration Deeds with the Central Land Council on behalf of Traditional Owners and Native Title Holders, in addition to Sacred Site Clearance Certificates, in keeping with Tivan’s commitment to best practices in respect of cultural heritage.
